Working with automotive electronics carries inherent risks. By requesting service, the customer acknowledges and accepts the following:
An electronic module may become permanently unusable due to internal defects, corrosion, or previous damage, even when correct procedures are followed.
Reading or writing EEPROM/MCU data may lead to corruption or loss of coding if the module is unstable.
Attempts to synchronise, clone, or repair modules may cause the vehicle to become temporarily or permanently immobilised.
No responsibility is accepted for loss of immobiliser data, configuration files, mileage data, coding, or pre-existing faults inside the module.
Some modules may fail without warning due to age, design, or underlying electronic issues unrelated to the service performed.
The customer accepts full responsibility for all risks associated with electronic diagnosis and module work.
4. Key Cutting & Programming Disclaimer
GsmHelp Electronics Workshop is not responsible for:
Keys not functioning due to worn or damaged locks
Ignition or steering lock faults
Aftermarket keys supplied by customers
Keys that stop working later due to vehicle battery problems or electronic failures
Mechanical failures unrelated to the programming process
If a vehicle’s immobiliser system has underlying faults, key programming may fail or cause temporary immobilisation.
5. Vehicle Access Disclaimer
Non-destructive entry methods are always prioritised; however:
No locksmith can guarantee absolutely zero risk of cosmetic marks
Pre-existing scratches or dents around the door or lock area may become more visible after entry
Severe weather, low visibility, or tight spaces may affect the procedure

6. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:

Prove legal ownership or full authorisation for work to be carried out

Understand and accept the risks associated with electronic repair and reprogramming
Failure to meet these responsibilities voids any implied warranties.
7. Payment Terms
All completed work must be paid in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
Diagnostic fees and labour charges are non-refundable.
If a repair attempt fails due to pre-existing faults, the customer remains liable for labour costs.
Unjustified chargebacks or fraudulent disputes will be pursued legally.
8. No Guarantee of Service Outcome
Due to the nature of automotive electronics and security systems:
Successful repair cannot be guaranteed
Replacement of components may be required
Additional work may be necessary if deeper issues are discovered
