A customer in Banbury contacted us for help with the keys for their 2012 BMW X3.
The customer already had two keys, but neither was fully functional. One key had stopped working completely, while the second key could still start the vehicle but the remote locking and unlocking functions were not working.
We attended the vehicle and supplied an additional key for the BMW X3. The new key was programmed to the vehicle and tested to confirm that both the starting and remote functions were operating correctly.
The customer now has a fully working additional key and no longer has to rely solely on the two problematic existing keys.
