Citroën DS Spare Key Programming in Pershore
GsmHelp provided a mobile Citroën DS spare key replacement and programming service in Pershore. The customer already had a working key and required an additional replacement key for everyday use and as a backup.
A compatible Citroën DS remote key was prepared for the vehicle, with the key blade cut and the transponder programmed to the vehicle's immobiliser system. The remote locking functions and engine starting were checked after programming.
Citroën DS Car Key Replacement
Modern Citroën and DS keys contain an electronic transponder that must be correctly programmed to the vehicle. Cutting the mechanical blade alone is not enough for the vehicle to recognise the replacement key and allow the engine to start.
The service included:
• Citroën DS spare key programming
• Replacement remote car key
• Car key cutting
• Transponder key programming
• Immobiliser key coding
• Remote central locking programming
• Key recognition testing
• Engine start and remote function testing
Mobile Citroën & DS Key Programming
Our mobile auto locksmith service can provide replacement Citroën and DS keys without requiring the vehicle to be taken to a dealership.
We provide mobile car key replacement, spare car keys, lost car key replacement, transponder key programming, immobiliser programming and All Keys Lost (AKL) services for many Citroën and DS models.
If you only have one working car key, having a spare programmed before the original is lost can avoid the additional cost and inconvenience of an All Keys Lost situation.
