GsmHelp Electronics Workshop ("we") processes personal data when you contact us, submit an enquiry, request a booking, send an electronic module or use this website.

Data we collect

Name, phone number, email address, postcode, vehicle details, enquiry descriptions and optional photographs submitted through our forms. For security-related vehicle work, we may also record evidence used to verify vehicle ownership or lawful authority, including V5 and photo-identification checks. Do not send original identity documents through the public enquiry form unless specifically requested through an agreed secure method.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, assess vehicle or module compatibility, arrange and provide services, verify ownership or lawful authority where required, maintain service records, protect against fraud, improve the website and meet applicable legal obligations.

Vehicle and electronic module information

Vehicle identification, part numbers, fault descriptions, diagnostic information and module photographs are used only to assess or complete the requested service, maintain appropriate repair records and communicate with the customer.

Postal repairs

Customers should contact us before sending an electronic module. Sender details, tracking information and service records may be retained as needed to manage the assessment, repair and return of the item.

Website analytics and advertising

Optional Google Analytics and Meta Pixel technologies may be loaded only after the relevant consent has been provided through the cookie controls. Essential cookies used for security, forms and core website operation do not require optional analytics consent.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept as long as needed for business and legal purposes. Security-related repair records — including vehicle and customer identification checks — are retained for at least five years where required by applicable standards, then securely deleted when no longer needed.

Your rights

Contact admin@service-evesham.uk to request access, correction or deletion of personal data, subject to any legal or legitimate record-retention requirements that apply.
