Services we provide
Mobile auto locksmith assistance, vehicle electronics diagnostics, component-level module repair, supported data transfer between compatible modules for legitimate replacement work, and practical automotive training by arrangement.
Legitimate business activities
GsmHelp Electronics Workshop provides auto locksmith and vehicle electronics repair, diagnostics and training. We may decline work where ownership cannot be verified.
We confirm that we do not offer:
- Deactivating, removing or degrading pollution control or emission control systems, or concealing their malfunction
- Installing defeat devices or defeat strategies that reduce emission control effectiveness
- Deactivating, removing or tampering with fuel or electric energy consumption monitoring, or tampering with odometer readings
- Unauthorized tampering with engine control units, including rated engine power, for emissions-related purposes
Identity verification and proof of ownership
Before security-related vehicle work is accepted, we may verify the vehicle, customer identity and lawful authority to request the service. Evidence may include the vehicle registration document (V5), a legible VIN on the vehicle and valid photo identification. Additional evidence may be requested for fleet, lease, company or rental vehicles.
We reserve the right to decline or stop work where ownership cannot be verified, identification is insufficient, or the requested work would be unlawful.
Vehicle and module compatibility
Service availability depends on vehicle make, model, year, system type, software version, part number, module condition and available technical support. An enquiry or initial quotation does not guarantee that a service can be completed.
Diagnostics and assessment
Diagnostic or assessment time may be chargeable even when a fault cannot be repaired, a replacement part is unsuitable, required data cannot be recovered or the customer decides not to continue after assessment. Any applicable charge should be agreed before chargeable work begins.
Postal electronic module services
Customers must contact us and receive confirmation before sending an electronic module. The customer is responsible for suitable packaging and outbound shipping. Return shipping arrangements, assessment charges and repair terms must be agreed for the specific job. Items sent without prior agreement may be refused or returned.
Customer-supplied replacement modules
The customer is responsible for ensuring that a donor or replacement module supplied by them is legally obtained and has the correct or potentially compatible part number. Compatibility and successful data transfer cannot be guaranteed before assessment.
Records
For security-related repairs we maintain auditable records (including repair orders, vehicle identification checks and customer identification checks) for the minimum period required by applicable standards and law.
Quotes and liability
Quotes are estimates until the scope, compatibility and price are confirmed in writing or by mutual agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Training
Training courses are practical workshops without official accreditation unless explicitly stated in writing. Attendance does not provide manufacturer authorisation, SERMI approval or access to protected OEM systems.
Website use
